Are you interested in events, theater, and music? Would you like free training to support your job search? Are you looking for great people and a community of your own? Feeling bored?

The Workers' Stage Festival and Mikkeli Music Festival invite you to help organize events in Mikkeli. At the same time, we offer training, experience, and a great group of people around you.

​

At the events, you can, for example:

• Help with event organization

• Manage social media and update websites

• Assist with ticket sales and cloakroom services

• Drive performers (transportation)

• Check tickets and ensure a smooth audience experience

• Act as a harassment contact person

• And much more!

Upcoming training sessions in spring 2025. Unfortunately all the sessions will be in Finnish.

We plan the training together, but these are already confirmed:

• Basic security officer training

• Emergency first aid course

• Social media training

• Event production training

• Harassment contact person training

 

Participation in the trainings is not mandatory – you are also welcome to help directly at the events:
 

August 2–10, 2025: Mikkeli Music Festival, a classical music event
 

Whether you are young, old, unemployed, employed, and looking for something new in your life – this is just for you! You can also come with a friend. Everyone is welcome to help, no special skills or prior knowledge are required. We have a safe community around us, and we want to make these events reflect us <3.
